Refund and Returns Policy

In case you are not fully satisfied with our product,  (or the Product is not as described,) you may return delivered physical Products within 30 days from the day of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging, are not damaged or in any other manner impacted. 


Returning Non-defective Products

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return request. This is required to start the return process.


To return the product:


The Product(s) must be packed and shipped in the original unaltered package securely. All Product accessories as purchased must be included in the parcel (you do not need to include the gel).

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to return the device. The cost of the return label, which ranges from $5 to $35 depending on your location, will be deducted from your refund amount. Our customer support team will provide you with all the necessary details.

Please inform our support team once you have shipped the device back so we can process your refund more quickly. Once we receive the returned product in its original packaging, we will verify that it contains all accessories and is suitable for resale. After this confirmation, we will issue a refund to the payment method used for the original purchase.


Please note that customer support must be contacted within 30 days of delivery to ensure the product is eligible for a refund.


Please note: If you decide to send the return by yourself (without using our pre-paid return label), you agree to take full responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. This means that if we do not receive the parcel or if it is sent to the wrong address and we are unable to retrieve it, we reserve the right NOT to process the refund. The refund will only be processed if the device is received.

Reasons for which Pulsetto may refuse to issue a refund:

In case Pulsetto will find out that:

  •       The Product is not working due to any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, such as improper use of the Product

  •       The Product is damaged, and the damage is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external cause.

  •       The Product has Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents and due to which it is not possible to resell the Product as a new one.

The following are excluded from the refund sum and will not be refunded to you:

  •   Shipping and handling fee. 

  •   Your subscription fee.

In case you were not an original purchaser (e.g., you received the Product as a gift), please note that we can only make a refund to the original purchaser, to the bank account through which the purchase was made.

 

Returning Defective Products

To return a defective Product for refund or replacement, contact us via email at [email protected]. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return request. This is required to start the return process.

Second, please provide proof of the faulty device (photo/video/screenshot/screencast) of the device and/or the app, as well as a detailed description of what exactly isn’t working.

Once the email is sent, our customer support will contact you within 24 hours after receiving the email (longer during busy periods). They will provide instructions on how to return the product. We may also provide you with a return label.

We request the Product(s) be packed and shipped in the original unaltered package securely. Once we receive the Product we will evaluate whether it is technically working or not and then 1) issue a refund or 2) send the replacement device (per our client’s choice). If a refund is selected, the refund will be made to the bank account through which you have purchased the Products within 30 days of receiving the returned Product. If a replacement is selected, our customer support will provide a timeline for when you will receive your replacement Product.

Please note - we for both faulty and non-faulty devices we can only accept the return if it was made from the same country the order was originally sent to. Replacement can only be sent to the same country where the original order was shipped to.
